Munenori Kajiwara, President

Originally from Japan, Munenori is a founder of the company & a multi specie fisherman. In 2012, Munenori found & became first chairman of Japan Freshwater Fishing Federation (now director of International Relations). In 2013, Munenori competed Ice Fishing World Championship (Wausau, WI) as a captain of Japan National Team. In 2023, Munenori competed Black Bass World Championship (Lake Murray, SC) as a captain of Japan National Team. Munenori enjoys fishing carp (common carp & asian carp), catfish, pikes, striper, salmon, trout, saltwater species & ice fishing (perch, crappie, walleye, pike, blue gill) etc. Munenori supports many local and national fishing events for both kids and adults, also organize volunteer effort for environmental conservation.

Rick Bartz, Pro Staff Leader, Marketing

Rick is the most versatile fishermen of all. He is the leader of our pro staff team. He competes in many local tournaments & loves fishing crankbait, swimbait, wirebait, etc. Rick helps me with many fishing events / trade shows & act as an educator of JDM fishing. He is an ex Military. Good at mentoring young anglers.

Carlos Varela, Social Media, IT department

Carlos, aka #BaitAddiction, is our Social Media Manager and an IT administrator. He has many talents and experiences with Social Media and IT field. Carlos is a good fisherman. He is really good at wire bait fishing such as spinnerbait and chatterbait. Now he is getting into JDM swimbait game.

Matt Larson, Musky & Big Swimbait Fisherman

Matt, aka #MidwestHighLife, is the youngest member of out team. He was born and raised in Musky fishing family & built expertise in fishing large swimbaits for large musky. Now he enjoys fishing JDM swimbaits. Also started learning JDM finesse fishing.
